"Electing the President by Popular Vote"
Presidential elections have become contests decided by just thousands of voters in a handful of battleground states.
Hear more about National Popular Vote and how, without changing the Electoral College, it will make every vote count and make every vote count equally when electing the president.
Daniel Lishansky gives presentations throughout Florida and virtually to audiences around the country. His bio includes:
- Steering Committee, Floridians for National Popular Vote
- District Chair, National Popular Vote of Palm Beach County
Enjoy a 3-course sit-down luncheon at the elegant Fountains Country Club, Lake Worth. When registering, you will be given an option of entrees.
Parking:
- Show your driver's license at the gatehouse and tell them you are "from the League of Women Voters attending a luncheon at the Clubhouse".
- Entering from Lake Worth Rd: Clubhouse is less than 1/4 mile on your right.
- Entering from Jog Rd: follow signs to Clubhouse, 1.5 miles.
(Gate at Melaleuca and Jog Rd is for Residents Only.)
- Enter clubhouse parking area at large sign "Fountains Country Club".
- Self-park where available. There is plenty of parking.
- Enter through main doors under portico.
